From start to finish I loved the retreat to Lagos, originally apprehensive to go alone I needn't of worried, it was fantastic to be with a group of like-minded easy going people and Patricia did everything to ensure the retreat was suited to each persons goals and preferences. The activities were tailored to suit and in particular loved the sessions down on the beach, would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of going!

What do you feel you gained from the retreat?

Confidence to be myself and feeling connected and present with myself.
Realising that I am more than a body image, and that ideas around weight are really just a way of making ourselves shrink as people, and that we need to challenge these narratives!!
New ideas for breakfast and dinner too.
