We offer nutrition coaching, personal training, a range of classes and corporate wellness sessions all both online and in person to suit your needs, budget and lifestyle!

Real People is for anyone who loves living their best life whilst prioritising their health with realistic eating and living. From beginner to experienced level, everyone is welcome.

Are you sick of restrictive “fad diets”? Or having to spend so much time and effort on bland food and boring exercise? Or feeling guilty when socialising on the weekends?

Real People takes a holistic approach to incorporating healthy habits into your life so you can be your most healthy self alongside balancing the demands of life, whether that be long hours in the office, taking care of your family or socialising on Saturday night.

There is always a time and place for eating cake and having a glass of wine & we work on removing the guilt and emotion that can be associated with foods so you can live fully.

Hi Everyone!

I am Patricia McGowan and I would love to share a little about myself and where REAL PEOPLE came from with you. 

I have loved food & moving my body for as long as I can remember. I always loved sports growing up – especially hockey. There was nothing better than playing alongside a team, all working towards achieving one goal. This passion led me to study a BSc in Sports & Exercise Management.

I have since become a certified nutritionist and a personal trainer and I have had the opportunity to work with incredible clients over the years who have inspired me to create REAL People. It has become apparent to me while working in the health & fitness industry with countless clients that there is a need for a platform that will work with people in a supportive, realistic, non-judgemental way to achieve their desired goals. What started as a bunch of ideas has become a platform and community to help on the go people like myself who love socialising and eating delicious food with friends and family as well as living healthily. I believe you can live both ways of life realistically.

I hope you love REAL People as much as I think you will and I want to thank all my clients, family & friends for your continued support. It means the world to me.
