Meet Patricia
Nutritionist & Personal Trainer
Hello,I am Patricia!I started training in the gym when I was in college, I found it so overwhelming. Ultimately I just wanted to look & feel good! I remember the busy classes and not being sure what I should be doing to get the results I wanted.
Over the following years, having qualified with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Management, multiple Personal Training qualifications & through becoming a Certified Nutritionist I learned how to train & fuel properly to make me feel at my best!
I made a lot of mistakes along the way when it came to both nutrition & exercise. I have tried everything from juicing, to diets, fasting, avoiding certain foods, and even overexercising and now I know through both evidence based practise and experience both personally and with clients HOW to get RESULTS.
I love my food and I have learned the “fine art” of being able to balance a healthy diet and exercise without it consuming my life. Now it is just a part of my lifestyle.No mad cravings, no hunger, no guilt.
Everything you need to overcome what is holding you back from reaching your potential, and to create habits that will get you to reach your goals is included in this challenge.

After the challenge, you can naturally progress into one of our online training programmes. You will receive a training plan (gym/ home) for your level that will be progressed each month & allows you continued access to the app.
