Two Person/ Group Training Sessions

Team up with a friend, so I can help you both to reach a common goal in a more cost-efficient manner.

Please note all 2 person sessions are to be completed together at the same time.

Pilates

Pilates will leave you feeling relaxed & energised, while still having worked out.

Allow me to help you lengthen & elongate your body, feel the burn, increase your muscle tone & sculpt your body. You will leave each session feeling rejuvenated, grounded, & aligned. We will work on technique and posture to make your workouts more effective, for better results in less time.

Patricia trained with Pilates Performance Ireland & has been teaching pilates for over 3 years.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning training is essential in enhancing your overall quality of life. The main focus of these classes is to teach individuals the fundamentals, so that they can reach their potential & live a better life.

Patricia has a BSc in Sport & Exercise Management from University College Dublin (UCD) & is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) which she studied in NewYork. Patricia has extensive industry experience with some of Ireland’s leading health clubs & top performance specialists.

Pre & Post Natal Training

Training throughout & after your pregnancy is so important for your health, wellbeing & recovery. Relax knowing you will be given safe and effective exercise prescriptions while pregnant or as a new mother. 

Patricia is certified in Pre & Post Natal Personal Training with the National Training Centre Ireland.
